@gabrys6662 Click on the green "Subscribe" button above the description, if you haven't already, then boot up The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. You'll also need to make sure you have all of the following:

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
Afterbirth (DLC 1)
Afterbirth+ (DLC 2)
Repentance (DLC 3)

Then the game will install the mod upon booting up.
