I know this is over a year old but put this mod after Imperator Invictus in load order and it works. Randomly crashes but you can bring up the menu.

I think it depends on your keyboardlayout - I also had to press Fn+Shift+F9

ok, installed from paradox mods and seems to work fine, on workshop couldn't make it work no matter what

Great mod, really useful when I need to tag over to another country to stop the AI imploding and being too easy but not have to constantly have debug menu on.

I tried what you suggested but it still hasnt worked. I dont know why, but this only seems to be occuring to your mods such as this and the grey neutral armies one, might just be a weird coincidence but hey ho.

Guess I will just try again in the future and see if I have better luck.

@Verlurion I suggest reloading from the launcher, like described above.
this happens to me routinely at this point, I've no idea why.

This dosnt seem to work for me and I have no idea why.

It was working for a while I next went into the game it wasnt working.

Press Shift+F9 to enable debug.
Then use the `/~ key below Escape to open the console and enter cheats there.
Press Shift+F9 to disable debug once no longer needed.
