Does not show up in my mods list. Please fix it.

It works! I have played a few games on Civ 5 vanilla, and got tired of the other civilizations hardly ever attacking me. The only conflict I ever got were the barbarians who seemed more to my liking. Installed this mod and welp, getting my butt handed to me. It also works with previous saved games of yours, so you don't have to start a new game.

Hope this mod works because I'm playing as rawanda with Hitler as an oppenent and he didn't found his second city until 400AD. I will come back and rate it once I have it installed and this current playthrough is over.

this actually only increases the zone of "covet lands" and makes wars permanent. terrible mod.

Community Balance Overhaul (vox populi) support?

Is it just me or are the AI more friendly, albeit also more tempramental

I really enjoy this mod - especially in conjunction with Smart AI/Artificial Unintelligence, but I'm wondering if there are any that go the other way, and make the AI very friendly and peaceful, and willing to make Declarations of Friendship and Research Agreements.

(In particular, I want to play a game as Sweden and actually be able to use the ability that gives +10% GPP per friendship.)

Would you be able to make a similar mod for civ 6?

Do anybody know how compatible this mod is with focused AI?

You can definitely maintain normal diplomacy, yeah, at least for the early to mid game. The AI isn't suicidally aggressive, so if you can hold off your early neighbors and build up a deterence, the AI will mostly just be attacking each other and especially city states rather than you (so make sure you gift your CSs some units if you want the bonuses).

Expansion doesn't seem to be a cure all, and it still seems to differ between civs. Settling biases also exist, so if you have something like Portugal or Denmark in a pure land map (no coast), they may still end up with 2-3 cities by 2050. There's also the issue of barbarians, which eat their unprotected settlers. If you want to populate a map like the Battle Royale or something, try turning off barbarians, and the AI will start setting much more quickly.

Ok, AI is getting a lot more aggressive now around the middle ages, may be the AI was just slow to build up their army this game.

Using it with a few mods (artificial unintelligence), Year is 560 AD and not one ai has declared war yet.....

@sfrank78: It changes the flavor values for any / all leaders, so that include custom civs
@inahut: I thought that too, so I went into the sql file. It's a simple mod; all you need to do is change the numbers (higher = greater tendency). I'm using [Bias]+4 for MAJOR_CIV_APPROACH_WAR (among other changes)

I may be seeing what Adun sees, in that "I get OP compared to AI..." Aggression does not reek in the air as one would expect given the mod claims. I may be wrong, it may not be this mod, but I remember, before subscribing, having a tougher challenge. Used it for at least 30 new games, huge maps, no conflicting mods. Am going to deselect it for the future to see if AI improves to its formerly (actually) more aggressive style.

I was expanding so passively before, and out of no where someone who I was friends with declared war on me. Before I used this mod.

This mod is great! They wont accept peace even down to their last city. Use a sparse resources map and have rapidly spawning babarians turned on for a challenge!

Does this mod make AI expand in Terra maps?

Does this mod affect trading, in your experience?

I've had an incredibly hard time getting the AI to trade their excess resources to me, yet sometimes they give me resources for free and won't accept payment.

Some other mod may be the culprit here, so no need for alarm.

I like the idea but the Ai is not expanding enough to keep up with me. I play on huge earth map as russia on King difficulty. The ai in USA has not expanded west of the eastern seabord, only a sattelite expansion to scotland-area which england for whatever reason didn't even care to use. The result is always the same, I get OP compared to the AI in terms of production and everyhing.
