im having the same issue as buggyxclown. cant seem to get it to work properly no matter what i do. ive tried uninstalling every other player reskin mod but only the portrait is changed. the character model stays the same :(

Try resubscribing and then launching the game again, if that doesn't work then it's likely that another mod is conflciting with it

cant get it to work right. only shows picture of mission in face selection but body and face look like normal human, i went past the kota tanks and everything just to make sure

Game hasn't been updated in years so yeah, it should be fine. Most likely another mod is conflicting with it. Try resubscribing and if not you'll have to disable your mods one by one to find the conflict.

I think I got what you meant for the most part but unfortunately I have no advices on what to do, no ideas. Porting assets from kotor 1 to 2 can be challenging, even more when you are using mods from the 1st game to this one

So, the mod is cool, the twi'leks in kotor 2 look silly with this hill on their head. I even managed to put textures from the fens mod for kotor 1, the problems started when I decided to add a transition to the dark side, oh, I managed to change the texture of the face after the transition, but after that the texture of the hair (tentacles?) they broke down (they were repaired during the transition back). I added and changed heads.2da, changed file names, even changed compression in Photoshop and all in vain. The best I've come to is to change the texture in the override folder every time I switch to the dark/light side (

Second, you have to port those texures to kotor 2, which is a bit of a pain. I believe I used either mdledit_v1.0.3 or mdlops-1.0.0 or both, because one gives a black texture glitch and the other doesn't but I cannot remember which one was it. Do you take mod requests? Or could you give tips on how to make mods? I was really hoping for a mod to add a yellow lightning power called "Force Judgement" that is a light side ability, but if you can't make additional powers, I just would like the force lightning to be yellow. That is the main mod I was wanting. Another additional mod could be Red force lightning, which you could name "Dark Discharge" or "Electrical Discharge." A clothing mod could be white jedi robes and white armored jedi robes. (the one I mostly want is the yellow lightning.)

Maybe, I don't know, I could but the thing is Visas always joins your party so I suppose I never thought of making one for her because you can simply include her in your party and switch to her. So, maybe! We'll see!

Hey, back then I tested several of them and they looked perfect on her, I didn't test them all though because they are just too many. Just now I tested 3 random ones, three light armors and 2 robes and they all looked great, and the models were wildly different from each other, not just the texture. That said I did notice a strange texture on one of them, mandalorian light something, I almost never use armor on Jedi characters though so I'm not sure if it's just bad looking armor, it's supposed to be a cheap one after all, or if it's a glitch. If it's a glitch it might just be the game's engine being weird, it might also be some kind of conflict with another of your mods although that'd be a very odd one. Let me know which clothes looked strange to you in any case.

Hey, it's no problem at all. It doesn't work because kotor 2 doesn't know how to read kotor 1 models. For it to work you have use MDLedit to first decompile the model files from that mod that you want, make sure you select kotor 1 in MDLedit before doing so, and then you have to compile them again for kotor 2, and again make sure that you select kotor 2 in MDLedit before doing so. Give it a try or two, it's not very difficult!
