I wanna make a big Plastic Beach type sandbox/hotel RP map since I have a good chunk of experience with hammer, but they make the upload process for gmod addons seem so tedious.

Good concept but there's a few leaks in your map.
The first 4 are on the base of the structure along the sides, and the other one is around the entire
bottom portion of the skybox.
