I will continue to keep the mod updated as the game updates and potentially add new edicts depending on the update
Irony tells me there are a few errors:

I've decided to lower the energy gain from it and up the alloys given to 7500 instead of 2500.
The 300 influence needed to activate it seems like a decent price to pay since it'll make expansion among other things slightly more difficult.
I've also taken away the Oligarch requirement to use it.
all suggestions are welcome and appreciated, since this is my first ever attempt at making my own mods.
Its kind of an early game crutch if you want to use it, i think its worth keeping, just dont know why u set it just for oligarchic governments, good mod all in all
