Still, awesome stuff! I'd suggest upping the amount of workers near construction sights and lowering the amount of military to be more in line with the lore. But this mod so far is great! Very good

For now I'll add the L4D1 Firemen to the defaulturban_l4d1 only, in the next update.

I just played the entire campaign without any problem, there's probably something conflicting on your end, or other population mod.
Or try resusbcribing.
The custom campaign has to be subscribed at the END, otherwise it won't work.
Anyway, I'll check the mod to see if something broke.
