Open About.xml with notepad and add the 1.4 tag. It should look like this:

Save your changes and you're done.

Thanks again ! I make apparels with your textures non-craftable, so if people want to craft it they need to download your mod, I put the link in description.
Essentially, the Ideology DLC has a pretty under-utilised "style" system where an ideoligion has a few styles that can override how items look. For instance Hindus get Indian-looking helmets and the 'Spikecore' set puts spikes onto dusters and helmets.
So just imagine if you doing cultural styles too, where the same medieval gear looks different if you had a different ideology.
Love your mod so much. I absolutely can't dream of playing without it
