@dev, would you consider doing af Tiny 2-Lane One-Way Road that does not have any requirements.

Hi GryAsl, the roads are in the "Small roads" tab. You are looking inside the "Tiny roads" tab which is added by the Network Extensions 2 mod and only contains roads added by that mod.

If you want all 1U roads to show up in the same tab, you can use the Better Road Toolbar mod.

I can't see this road in my game. I was using it for months but I can't see it anymore.

I noticed that these roads are a little higher than vanilla roads. Is this normal or is it some incompatibility problem with (maybe) some mod I use?

I was yesterday just thinking how much I need this, a narrow 2lane oneway.... and voila, here you make it! Excellent job! You have no idea how happy you make me with all of your vanilla roads <3
