PS. the Mac-10(Silenced SMG) and MP5(CSS MP5) technically are also SMGs, so if i just made it say ''For SMG'', some people would might think it replaces the sounds of those ones instead of the Uzi's firing sounds.

Its supposed to refer that it replaces Left 4 Dead 2's Uzi sounds with the Uzi sounds from the flash game series known as ''The Last Stand''.

And about those ''Brackets''. Thats ment to be a hint that it replaces the firing sounds of the SMG without a silencer(Literally the one based of the Israeli IMI UZI)

I say that there is uncertainty about a particular model! It is not clear, the sound here is for which of the two? why write UZI in brackets and SMG next to it if these are two TYPES of weapons in the game, so to speak !?

That's exactly how it's meant to be rather than being a complete, "all-in-one" model/sound/animation replacement for the Uzi.
