Hi, are you aware that monuments have become in demand in order to increase loyalty, look at the original monuments, they give loyalty and reach. Just add this entry to the file and your mod will give you loyalty too !!!

A welcomed addition! It was about time to get a statue in-game of the actual intellectual father of this game lol. Also, I was wondering if it would be possible to create statue mods of Valeri Legasov and also of the hand monument in Chernobyl? Zhukov statues wouldn't be bad either!
