Is there any way you could make this a little more functional with antistasi?

I have to say, a few years ago I would have huffed about how "arcadey" it was to have single pack crew served weapons, but having tried to get the AI to use ACE weapons where the tripod, weapon and ammo are ALL loaded separately, this is a lifesaver.
