@Roam25 Well hot damn, you were entirely right. That's the weirdest though, I've downloaded probably every single simfphys vehicle addon on the Workshop, and I've never found one that works this way.

If the vehicle doesnt move it means its in neutral gear, I had the same problem, just click to change the gear. You should start moving

Does this addon require anything other than simfphys and simfphys-armed to work?

I disabled every addon except for simfphys, simfphys-armed, and this addon. I still have the same problem, the vehicles work fine in every way except for actually moving. The wheels turn too the suspension seems to work, but no vehicle will actually move forward or backward.
