@Cosmosis Sure, as long as any licenses are followed anyone is free to use this as a base for a retexture mod.

@fizz Try using the QoL mod, it should allow easy tweaking of variables in other mods

@fizz Hm, It seems like they use all logic from the Toolbox so I cant see any obvious way to change the behavior. Never played with O21-mods before so perhaps you can check with the author of those?

It's absolutely ridiculous how slow these recharge; They aren't useful, especially as a starting pawn. Is there any way you can tweak the recharge rate?
