I will try to fix this in the coming days by re-releasing all my mods.
Sorry for the inconvenience and please be patient.
I did manage to give them longer spears!

Added three new Iron guard units and changed the colour scheme!
The SFO edition will get this update later.
Those are models from Empire or Goblins if I remember correctly.
I don't know if there is a proper way to resize them.

I just took a look at SFO's integrated mods list and I saw Battle Standard Bearers https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2179398162
Now I have tested BSB multiple times and while It can run along with Rumpl4's shield wall mod (don't know if It works in SFO but it should) the standard bearers WILL break the shield wall animations sadly.
Now this Is not a problem for my units since they are custom and thus they don't have a standard bearer by default, but every other base Dwarf unit covered by Rumpl4's shield wall from Dwarf warriors to Ironbreakers will suffer from this.
Should I continue despite this trade off?
If not I do think that the only solution to not break anything would be to take the No shield wall version and make an SFO version out of It, which is a bummer but at least is still something.
I honestly did not expect to see a SFO request for one of my mods, and I don't use SFO myself since I'm worried that It could mess up with some of the mods that I'm currently using, so I really don't know how to convert a normal mod into SFO for now.
But yeah, if It's not rocket science hard tier thing to do why not? I'll look into it!
Thanks for the suggestion!
"Then GW axed that" is probably the best way to describe GW's policies with pretty much everything that isn't canon anymore or borderline semi-canon in both Fantasy and 40k!
Except 40k's Squats.
They were Squatted.
*Sad space Dwarf noises*
The halberd versions have a bit strange weapon damage profile, when compared to other halberd units in the game.
Their ap ratio is low, about half their damage is ap, when similar units often have around twice as much ap as normal damage.
Their overall weapon damage is a bit higher then usual, where as halberd units often have a bit lower to balance their bonus vs large.
Their melee defence is very high, black guard of naggarond have 48, and are almost the same price.
With their stats and expert charge defence, there is no reason to use ironbreakers.
Whining over.
Thanks again for your work with this mod!
Slayers are great for what they are, but they are so squshy.
i have often missed the option of a more sturdy anti-large for them.
I'm leaving that 1% of doubt just in case some very old and obscure miniatures appear from nowhere and change everything
It doesn't help that GW have some "creative" ways to define what's canon and what's retcon whatever Is Fantasy or 40k.
But yeah, overall I think that this mod Is absolutely NOT lore-friendly.
Cant wait to get these spear walls in some of the excellent bridge battles in GCCM
p.s. A user named FriendlyDave left a comment on Rumpl4's shield wall mod page claiming that activating the shieldwall on Longbeards crashes the game.
I'm not having none of that.
Maybe that user didn't know about the siege issue or maybe I'm not experiencing any of that because while I was working on the mod I did also update an outdated table that I did find in Rumpl4's main mod.
If by any chance you start having crashes please tell me and I will provide a mini-tutorial on how to manually update tables with RPFM.
