In game the default maximum operating speed is 90% of the trains top speed. So in this case that is 288km/h. You can edit this value in the line editor.

So, i see that this train is able to reach 320 KM/H, but i have been using it and the max speed it always reach is 288 KM/H, so, is that normal...?

Hi, would it be possible to increase the price of this in game? This is currently a bit cheap so feels unbalanced to use. I'd run my Dutch sprinter services with 10-car E320s at this price! :-)
Usually I like it when it stays close to the real price. For example Eurostar bought 7 sets for GBP 300 million in 2014. At current exchange rates that would be 425m USD, or $60.7m per set. Current in game price per set is $13.4m.
