Hey lukasrii, I don't have the ability to make a tutorial rn, but as far as I remember it's quite easy to place it. The building is split into 3 parts, so you can place them one by one and then adjust them with Move It mode. You can also use Procedural Objects to place it.
FYI, this building is just a decoration and it is not a real dam that produces electricity :)
