The dynamite for the weapons vault can be found in the lounge room (with a fireplace and pool table) on the west side of the house on the ground floor. It's inside the fridge on the bottom shelf.
The yellow key for the supply crate closet can be found behind the stained glass portrait of Gordon Freeman in the attic. You have to break the glass to get to it. The key can be used to unlock a closet in the hallway upstairs on the west side of the house.
The first bird is a pigeon , it can be found on a lamp post that's jutting out from the wall near the east side balcony outside.
The second bird is a crow , it can be found on a decorative wooden beam on the west side balcony outside.
the third bird is a seagull , it can be found inside the green cola machine that's located in the cafeteria. You may have to interact with it several times before the seagull falls out of the deposit chute.

If it's not too much trouble, could you tell me where the birds are? We found two, but we always get stuck on where the third is. If you don't want to say in public I'd more than happily accept a friends request from you so you can tell me.
Really love the map though, it's got so much hidden stuff it's clear you put a lot of work into it.
I'd mark the difficulty for NMRIH veterans or at least non-newbie experienced players. The very beginning is a runner rush you have to either fight or flee from, the inner courtyard will continue to spawn more zombies as the map progresses including runners and large zombies, and the finale has you fighting a tightly knit group of runners blocking you from reaching the very impatient getaway vehicle (I barely made it in time).
Apart from the heavy runner-based skill level, the one thing I think could be improved is the objective markers around the "find the four chess pieces" objective. There's so many of them in a rainbow of colors that it's difficult to tell what goes to what. Especially when some objective items don't clear their glow after being solved (example, the yellow-glowed painting canvas puzzle).
