- The heart door I mentioned seems to still have that bug. Couldn't open it despite having key. Noclipped through the door, killed the zombies, went back and tried again. Nothing. Noclipped again and tried opening it from the other side, and it worked.
- The ladder in the main hall that you can extend from the top is a very finicky one. Going up is okay, but trying to go down often results in falling and taking a ton of fall damage before you can correct your trajectory in the air to grip the ladder.
- The electronically locked door in the basement is a weird one, because the "electronic keycard lock" requires a regular metal key to open, and said key doesn't glow either, making it incredibly easy to miss in the dark. (I do acknowledge that might be intended.)
I remember one of the bigger ones being the heart-lock door that leads towards the interrogation rooms. It frequently bugged once unlocked so that it would not ever open again, leading to a softlock scenario. I think it might have had something to do with AI zombies trying to open it, but I wasn't sure. Hopefully that was fixed as well.
Thanks for putting in the effort to fix this up. Boy does it deserve it.
