If Rockstar and Take Two have a problem with mods, will it not have a problem if someone made a port to the source engine and uses it to make some fan animation?

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but there are no facial animation procedurals. I was thinking maybe the model just didn't have any, but in the preview images he clearly has had changes to his face! Can anyone help?

This is a great model. Thank you for porting it over to SFM. If it's possible, do you think you could eventually port over the model of Dutch? That would be great as I know you've already ported over Uncle too lol.

If possible, do you think you could add some bones to the bottom half of the coat so it isnt completely stiff while posing?
