useful for zombie survival fun but I recommend using blacklist menu so you can't just make your gun OP specially if your playing with friends.

no.the damage multiplier in ArcCW options will adjust ALL weapons' damage.but the perks only adjust specific weapons' damage

no.these damage perks don't increase recoil,they just adjust the damage
