@ValarMorghulis - From multiple experiences, No, it doesn't. Perhaps the update changed things? BUT, could you upload a save to mediafire or wherever that you did with no files added, and then a save you did with ONLY this file, where it changes the prices? That's the only way I can figure out what the issue might be.

I don't know how, or why, but it completely change the value and the offers. I tried this mod this afternoon with Bordeaux and same result. Offers are totally irregular, abnormal. Player Value around 2millions and offers 250k maximum. And players like Thauvin sign to Crystal Palace for 15m... with a value of 35.5, Moussa Dembele sign to Chelsea for 15m....
I loaded another game, a classic game: Thauvin sign to Arsenal for 55m...
I don't know how it's possible but it totally change offers and behavior of clubs

@ValarMorghulis - I'm not sure what that has to do with this mod, it has nothing to do with player values or club offers. Club offers mainly have to do with individual club finances and how many players there are in the market. Perhaps you loaded too many players for the amount of playable leagues you loaded?

It totally sucks...
with Roma, all offer for Cristante is 4.5m.... (value 13m....) or gonzalo Villar 1.3m (value 5.5m) There is a total disconnection between the value and the demand by clubs.

Still with Cristante, PSG don't want to rise the offer to 5.5m maximum... it's unreal. To this mercato, Brandt sign to Arsenal for 12m...

@nss3ryan - yes, part of the editor data folder. downloading from steam should add it into that folder. then when starting a new save, advanced database options, and click the check box for this file to make sure it's loaded.

how do you add this into the game? do i have to start a new save? is it part of the editor data folder?
