hi it could be the commonality value, you could try using rimmsquol to set it: i think <commonality>0.50</commonality> is default so 0.25 could make it appear half as often as currently if i understand that tag

This is all I find in weapons, armour, and random buildings from any mod. is steel foam, any chance you could tag this in a way that would not allow this to be used by varius generation most the time?
