funny that a certain somebody won't accept, but the map still shows up in their workshop

It will say that it's pending untill that person accepts that they are a contributor of the item.

don't use the title at the top of the user map list
scroll down until you find the suburban hive.map entry.

for some reason certain people have their name stuck under pending contributors for several days before it finally shows up under created by, even though the map is showing up under their workshop.

how do you get workshop levels to work?
I'm not sure where you're having problems at. The map should show up under user maps after you subscribe to it.

DanM and Gambini have Steam accounts also.

CBP8 isn't my favourite. If noone else does I might upload them and make a collection (and put those 2 in the same collection)

It's a shame more CBPs aren't up here since most (if not all) of them are fantastic and noteworthy maps. It's just too bad that CBP 8 isn't compatible with Megaton since it's arguably the best.

I've replayed this one as well and I think I like more than Suburban Hive II. It's overall more coherent (even if a couple of parts are less detailed, they still fit) and gameplay is better. I also love the mix of Alien/Alien-tech/city/snow, you actually don't see that often.
