Ahh you used 4k Textures that's why it's so big.
Thanks for shrinking it a bit, next time you can maybe directly use 2k textures, normally that's enough. For details you could also use a small extra texture if it doesn't fit on the 2k one.

I changed the texture from TGA to DDS, so give it a try.

I do quite like this train, however it makes my game freeze everytime I try and put it into service.
