I assume it only carries one cargo type.

Its just grain, they carried china clay, but that is a different livery so im waiting til thats done

What cargo do these carry in the game? Is it just grain like in the real world or are they set for Iron Ore and Coal as well? I would like to replace the default wagons with something more substantial.
