@Zell thanks! I made this mod many years ago, I had no idea people were still finding and playing it. I put over 500 hours into developing it, so it's nice to see it still gets downloaded :)

Good play took awhile to complete, no CTD or bugs I found. Thanks to the modder seems Bethesda will be holding everyone at bay another year at least on the next ES or whatever they will call it.
This mod was an enjoyable dungeon - not follower setup you go it alone, well worth a play.

at least you did try and give it a close so we are not trapted with the quest hanging forever. so you could have done much worse.

@silvara thanks for the comments. I realize the 4th part is lacking. I had almost 400 hours of dev time into this mod by the time I got to that part, that I really just wanted to get a placeholder so that the main quest could be finished. I intended to go back and finish the whole thing with more touch-ups and a fully fleshed out 4th part but here we are 3 years later and I still haven't gotten around to it.

something was broken. I went back to a save from before entering and managed to not get the same problem. think I just went to fast the first time and broke something. Fun mod even if the 4th part is bleh. Was very invested in the second and third part but the fourth part just kind of fell flat.

@Silvara did you check the walkthrough? The quest has a completion path, so if you're stuck you just missed something.

Like the mod so far but sad that it just sort of leaves you hangging and now I have a quest stuck in my quest log to reach the inner sanctum which I have run around in several times now trying to figure out how to trigger the next quest point.

@Blast Lord: sure thing! I had been thinking recently that I should work on porting this over to the new version of skyrim, but I couldn't initially because there wasn't a new versio of SKSE available; not sure if there is yet.

Thank you for your response! I was able to find the other hidden switch in the house and ultimately the 5th journal, which did the trick. This mod was a lot of fun to play...perfect for a day off! As you mentioned in the discussion thread the boss fight could have been more inspiring, but with all of the time you spent in development to get us there, I am not complaining.

@Alandearborn there is no youtube content that i've seen that's a fair and complete run-through, so i'd avoid it. second, you'll find within the discussion pages for this mod a complete walk-through of the main and side quests.

I'm going to update the spoilers discussion with a walk through of the first area. If you have any specific questions that would qualify as a spoiler, post them there :)

I've run into a problem at the beginning, and wonder if there is a work-around. I have found and read four parts of a journal in the couple's house, I located the "raised stone" on the chimney, but when I click it I get a message to find "the other parts of the journal". Is there a mysterious 5th part? The youtube content I looked at suggests only 4 journal segments. Thanks for the assist...I would like to play this mod based on what folks are saying about it.

It's a wonderful quest mod. It really is.

The story drives it, notpointless violence, and any violence actualy was warrented.
I had a feeling of purpose, like I actually needed to take vengence... but thats just me... And I still kill Falmer on sight from this, odds are I always will.

This is a truely amazing mod. There need to be more like it, not to pressure...

@Nedya24 I actually did have every intention of putting as much into the last area as the rest of it I just literally ran out of steam. Hopefully you managed to run through the side missions as well and managed to find all the books/texts i wrote. if you check the spoilers section you can see all the side quests.

I would definitely like to finish it but it has been a long time obviously since i've done much but i can at least motivate myself based on the fact that someone still managed to find this among all the mods here and the fact that i have well over 500 hours of dev time lol.

In the nicest way possible... I can tell.

The throne room is empty. And at that, The Lord of Graven Deep is a pitiful Old man that I, in my rage, threw up and down and slammed him around until his bones broke and he caved in under his own weight.

Like I said I'm pretty big on the 'romance' side of stories. Little couples like that make my chest warm.

I didn't care much in the beginning...

It was when I found the massacre by the Falmer, the poor little shy girl and the guard and eerything... I loved it. And when I read what happened I killed them all. Not one monster left the Graven Deep alive.

I had to avenge them.

I was able to complete it, but I felt the boss was lacking. I'm unsure if you plan to continue or not, but I strongly advise giving him the "Death Grip" spell, it allows bosses to fling the Dragonborn across the room and give a helpless feel to the fight, that I think you were going for.

The stories were so cute! The shy lovers and the guard sneaking off... All of it! I loved it!

Then... Falmer...

One Genocidal rampage later, I realised who did all this... and cut the stories short.

And... well...

I'll give you one thing. You know how to make me HATE someone...

Actually I take back what I said. A disable fast travel mod helped me solve this issue but thankyou for responding.

@Balthias tbh i haven't worked on this mod in a long time. I spent a ton of time on it then work and life in general happened and I haven't been able to get back in to continue working on it and complete it. I'm sure what you're asking for should be fairly trivial and I will definitely put it at the top of my list for the next build, but I have no ETA whatsoever as to when that might be. The best I can tell you in the meantime is to disable the mod until you clear surrounding content; the mod itself dosn't change or impact any other mods afaik.

I have gone through a lot of it but I am struggling to find "The Vessel" in order to do the ritual. Is this still under construction? or has it finished. :sledgehammer:

@mary there actually aren't any voiceovers. i simply recorded dead air; the creation program tries to add lip synching and in this case it basically lip synched to background noise :p

it's possible the text is going by a bit fast for you to see it. the dialog seems to be very sensitive to mouse clicks, and sometimes a click can be interpreted as more than one, causing the dialog to advance very rapidly.

I had trouble with the npc dialogue, I could hear their first sentence, but after that the mouth would move but I wouldn't hear anything and no text for the npc. I just kept clicking my dialogue options in order to advance the quest, without really knowing what I was agreeing to.

I'd like to try clarifying a few things and get some more info from you but would rather not do it in the comments section. It sounds like maybe a few things aren't working as intended, and it's entirely possible i simply missed something. great work , but looking at every single brick and board in the mod is getting boring, looking for keys for hours won't work for most people, twisted logic , weird to stranded without any clues, odd that you didn't let the mod flow normal, could be so much more enjoyable

dimmu thanks. Becuase with steam putting a 50 mod cap limit on us here it puts a crimp in the number of mods were allowed to have. Keep me posted as it sound interesting.

@redneck1st Yes I do intend to make it available over there, and have created an account but to be honest it is so much easier to deal with Steam, putting on Nexus just hasn't been a priority. I'm actually going to take a look at uploading it there today though.
