I tried out the way of getting him naturally, and I really love how he drops in and the debris flies and everything. Great touch. I'm just really particular about placement and I can't control where Chester stands well enough to use the natural method. It's awesome though!

You are not admin/host of the server. You cannot spawn things unless you one of those two things.
