its compatible with mods that change nothing but the texture.
I have no idea what files the other mods change.

it only supports texture mods. As soon as a model has any changes at all, it is not compatible with any other model edits.

No, it will not.
No model edit is compatible with any other model edit. No matter how small, or where on the model the edit was.

A texture mod is something that only edits the color and nothing else.
As soon as the shape of the model is changed, you got a model mod.
