if you are trying to find the chicken kiev type robin in garry's mod spawnmenu search
(its called heavy_robin)

i see my GMOD TF2 workshop folder, and i dont have the Chicken Kiev.

That item was incluided in the game (Search in the TF2's worskhop folder)
