Does it require any special tech other than irrigation to build a district upon citrus luxury or tea, or just to harvest them ?
I don't play with that mod, but based on its description, it seems like they should be compatible.

From what I'm reading, that mod doesn't touch the Builders, but thought I double check. Cheers!
The other mods that I looked at had bugs and weren't recently updated, so I made my own. This one is likely simpler than the others... so hopefully the most future-proof. It just makes the resources removable, and they all have the same harvest benefit (+gold).
