While I guess you are technically correct, in general, you are incorrect about this game specifically. The game's menu separates out these types of mods, and calls them "assets" in the menu. It has another section called "mods" which is only for mods that adds/removes/changes the actual functionality of the game. That's what we are talking about.

Anything you do to change the game is a Modification, hence why the word Mod is freely used to refer to Assets as well. Otherwise, we would have TM:PE, MoveIt, FindIt, PickIt in the top four along with others every month.. :D

Am I the only one who only sees ten assets and zero mods here?
