what mods did you use to add all the civics for the SCP GOIs?

ah ok. Im using a couple of mods that add flags so I wouldnt be surprised if that happened to create a conflict somehow, but the rest show up fine. Its basically just 2 small anomalies and events mods + GIGAMUL Merge. Not sure whats going on there though since I dont do flag modding.
