Hello,

I have a save where my first son, my heir, suddenly stopped being my heir.

I downloaded this mod to try and fix it but without success. For some reason when he stops being my heir, I cannot designate my first son as my heir again. I use the action, I spend the resources, but he is still not my heir for some reason.

Sadly, this didn't help me :(

@Der Große König I love this mod and have used it all the time since it came out. Would it be okay if I tweaked it to create a version specifically for AGOT or a separate version with attached events?

This only works for me if I put it after More Bookmarks+. Pretty sure MB+ does something with succession laws (as it also conflicts with the other mod Succession Plus). Putting this afterward the Designate Heir button shows up again.

Can you designate an heir that is not in your realm? My primo is queen in another country, I have equality law, and I cant designate her with vanilla mechanics, so she can inherit both kingdoms if I abdicate, or her primo, to inherit both kingdoms, when we die..

@Cyber Vixen, you are kind of wrong regards the "ui mods work for achievements" thingy. Each pdx game uses a checksum to verify if you have mods enabled or not. Some pdx games indeed include the gui and icon files to the checksum calculation, so pls don't spread that ui mods whould work for achievements.

@Fides - Not the author but hundreds of hours playing and modding PDX games... No. Only visual or UI mods are compatible with achievements, much to my dismay. Anything gameplay won’t be.

Hey, i'd love to appoint my 3rd son as my heir. i'm playing as an irish tribe. i installed the mod but still the "change" button is greyed out.

Do i have to have absolute tribal authority or what do i have to have?
