It sure does, you just might have something overwriting it. Try manually installing it with the steam workshop downloader, that usually does the trick {链接已删除}

This is the half life alyx model. It's a retexture.

Not sure if you knew this but Half-Life: Alyx does have fast headcrabs. They just aren't used within game.
