i have 10 dynamites in the inventory and ran that soldier up and down the dotted line in front of tunnel, no detonation button appears so no cut scene.

You need to bring an infantryman with dynamite in your inventory to the tunnel and the detonation button will appear on the bottom right. After activating the button, there will be a small cut scene.
