So this may be late, but if you confederate Grimgor's Warband than yeah, you could do that, otherwise there isn't really a way to get another faction's heroes, thankfully confederation mods are a thing but that's a lot of work

this mod is awesome id love to beable to have git guzzla as a lord you can start with not just in tech tree. him and grobnatz combo was one of the best campaigns ive done.

지난번에 카니발 나이트의 '저주받은 기사들' 스킬이 툴팁과 달리 기병에게 완활을 주지 않는다고 댓글을 적었었는데, 확인해보니 블러드 나이트 계열에만 완활을 주지 않네요. 블랙 나이트나 헥스 레이스는 유명연대나 모드 유닛이어도 완활을 받았습니다. 이전에는 별 문제가 없었던 것으로 기억하는데 아마 기병패치 이후로 생긴 오류 같습니다.

After some research mainly through trial and error, it's pretty save to say that your mod (only the appearance of Sayl the Faithless) conflicts with the Amber Kingdom mod of Hazard Maks (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1955690734) , resulting in turning Sayl into a Tombpriest for some reason.
I hope this helps you somehow, if you intend to fix it.

First of all, great mod! Never can get enough lords and heroes.
But still, I have a problem regarding only estetics. For some reason, which I don't really understand - and yeah I already have deactivated most of my other mods - Sayl the Faithless changes appearance depending on what mods I have activated. For example he and all other Shamans of Norsca become Tomb King priests. After deactivating some mods they have become grail knights, which is extremly weird.
Maybe it has nothing to do with your mod at all, especially because it also affects the other shamans, but maybe you have a clue what it is that might cause it. Something is affecting your mod, that's for sure.
All other characters are fine tho. I'll make a mod list with my current mods and post it shortly after this comment, if you're interested.

one gripe i would change something just for the sake of gameplay: crazy spider has ability to boos savage orcs so why hes with grom? i would change crazy spider with git guzzla i think the two fat gobbos would make a better "team"

it'd be neat to have Galrauch as a LL instead of hero,wouldnt be that unreasonable either,the dragon is possessed by a demon lord of Tzeench

Is it possible to replace the Git Guzzler night goblin warboss in Grom's axe quest with the Git Guzzler in this mod?

when i use this mod with Amber Kingdom ,chaos hero Galrauch the Great Drake's model will be replace as a goblin.....

Hey, I´m playing as Grom on the vortex map and I´m still getting Raknik instead of Git Guzzler with the tech (tech is saying Git Guzzler tho). I know that I was able to get Git with Grom on ME some time ago, so I´m not sure if it´s a mod complict on my side.
Do you mind to check if it´s something within the mod?
