I made a custom tractor that serves as a bulldozer and snowplow. I use it for that in my game and it works pretty well. I use the concrete mixed linked below.

I made a multiuse tractor that also snow plows. It works well in my game. I just haven't finished the last minor details, and I haven't uploaded it.I am tempted to add a trailer that can pull a few tons of weed for wood fell capacity, and a covered wagon for crop collection. I am not sure if it would be useful or not. I know the wood felled capacity would be.

Sweet mod! Could you make a 1930 snowplow, concrete mixer and a bulldozer? That would be so perfect. But fantastic mod anyways!
