Definitely without the base game. If you want to add even more cards to matches with this, I recommend "Lost Cards Encore", "The Chaos Collection", "Four Souls of Light" or "Monsoon".

you can give meth to any other player, even if they already have meth. He is definitely one of the stronger characters, but it compensates by also giving more loot to players with meth

Yes! This can work with any board. However, if you use this with the official board, you will need the shrink the cards due to how that board is scaled

there's always a chance that content will be added, especially for the Crossover pack, but the first 5 packs (Unknown Depths, Hollow Knight, DBD, Calamity, and Halo) will likely not have that much new stuff from now on

Due to steam cloud issues, the cards in this expansion are currently broken. This will be fixed by the time December 2021 comes around, do not worry. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

For the dead by daylight expension I wish you made more than 1 survivor. Would've been nice to have the 4 original at the very least. But nice work none the less.

No: cancelling attacks always consumes an attack opportunity: you can only attack again if the effect mentions it, which The Shade doesnt

For the Shade card for the Knight, does "cancel an attack" mean that player's attack is used up for the turn? i.e. could they attack again after their attack is canceled?
