I took a look at the factions and there is nothing missing same with inventory items.
Did you run any additional mods next to CWS80?
You think about adding in 90's style units? Making it the in between of their 80's and 200's style? so like Sahrani would get German Style Ballistic Vests with some Choco Chip camo and stuff?
The reason I ask is I would expand on the factions you've created by adding retextured SOGPF and/or CSLA vehicles. I would understand if you weren't enthusiastic about someone messing with the balance you've created.
