Hey I'm so sorry I didn't see your post, Ethan. Like Ancient gatekeeper mentioned, check out the link there and it should work for you best. These are just grants that I made awhile back for certain things for fun.

Wrong. All mods made before the previous version (especially mine because they were from EA) are likely to have issues that far back. Most of mine do. They still work with what they do though, so use them then disable them for some quick cash. I'm not ignoring you, I'm just telling you.

Mate, this mode cause several troubleshooting with the latest version. It change the icons, prevent the workers remove rubbles, and the guards transfer prisoners to the holding cell a/o Solitaire.

lol, thanks. ya this one gives u a total of 1000 dollars. 700 to start and 300 after you complete it. its short, simple, pointless yes.... but it helps for beginning players and helped me learn how to mod :-)

no. this is a small grant to help you get some cash. all you need to do is call for a riot team to come to your prison under the emergencies. then they can leave whenever u want.
