It's so awesome seeing a livery exclusive to my home state, amazing work!
I actually live about an hour and a half away from Dallas so I've seen this in person quite a few times (Well, I've seen the locomotive that this is based off of, I wish the real one was an F7 :P)

Plus, it seems the only F59PH's on the workshop are liveries, not the base mod itself.

This livery is great, but why not just reskin one of the F59PH models?
