this is the most balanced version of this mod.
Here's the update.
Alright lads, I've talked to batmane, this mod has pretty much ceased/slowed development at this point, if you guys would like a further more playable patch with balance changes, new units etc for this mod, then feel free to sub to my mod which is sanctioned and approved by batmane.

1.
all the snipers do not have the "aimedshot" ability. (aimedshot is where the crosshair will have a scope reticle that will fill in a circle before reducing the spread of the weapon for the next shot.)
2. greek "sniper and spotter" teams will not summon. when you call them in it will start the countdown and take away the MP but not give you the snipers.
3. while playing as the americans if you summon an AH-64 apache helicopter and command it to move it will instantly kill both crewmembers and plummet to the ground.
4. while playing as the americans if you summon a blackhawk with ATGMs the game will crash.
I dont recommend turning up the range of arty, its broken enough as is.
