anyone know «misc. mapgen factionbase» works with 1.6? is it possible to add compatibility with «Real Ruins» to reuse those blueprints occasionally? 🙏

Large Faction Bases should be back to the slider options.
As for VBGE, I removed it from sliders. Old method, I used for it, doesn't work anymore.
All exclusion option were merged into one. (Should work for all mods that use map generation of Vanilla Expanded Framework)

Thanks @BrokenBed, it was a load order issue! I thought RimSort would automatically order these mods accordingly, but apparently it doesn't have rules for this combination yet.

Name is "Vanilla Base Generation Expanded". Works for me. Just tested it.

(I guess, I will also say that this mod affects "Visit Settlemets" map generation mechanism)

I don't see Vanilla Base Generation Expanded (VBGE) base option in the slider. Does anyone else have this issue? Which name should it appear as?

Per the issue VolatileGlitchAviator brought up, it does sound like a patch for Vanilla Factions Expanded - Ancients is still needed.

Per the mod description, it says:
Quote, "Does NOT work with Large Faction Bases, Bigger Faction Bases, More Powerful Faction Bases or anything in between."
I don't know the reason why. I'm just reporting what it says.

I always thought the bunker it self was a base generation? If I remember correctly this interfered with it. not sure if thats still the case anymore, its been a while since I ran both together.

Just FYI, LFB has been updated to 1.4. I'm really glad you added compatibility with VBGE, as that and LFB are both great.

VFE Ancients? Aren't they not supposed to have settlements? Only bunkers, which are not affected by base generation mods.

Updated to 1.4
Added support for Vanilla Base Generation Expanded (VBGE). You should be able to choose it in slider now. Also added checkbox for overwriting map generation of VBGE.
Large Faction Bases isn't updated to 1.4 atm.

@Kaooa This mod is meant for allowing compatibility between specific modded faction, particularly all of Vanilla Faction Expanded as the two aforementioned mod override their custom random base generation.

If you still don't understand what that means or doesn't use any of Vanilla Faction Expanded, or at 1.3 as well, don't need to get this mod.

Updated to 1.3
Removed option for VFE - Vikings

VFE - Mechanoids and Vikings are now don't need this mod. I tested with Large Faction Bases, and it used native map generation of VFE. I guess, in future I will remove other options for VFE mods.

Large Faction Bases changed it's package ID to newcolonist.large.faction.bases, I'm guessing this won't work till you update it?

Yes, RimCities is different type of object on map. This mod affect only "Enemy Settlement"

You only need to set one slider to "Large Faction Bases" and set chance for it to something from 1 to 10. Then, set chances for other two sliders to 0.
"EmptySpaceMap" "ShipEngineImpactSite" "Moon/Tribal/InsectPillarSite" and "MoonMap" - just different map generation types that this mod finded. They are from game itself or mods. You don't need them.

I would like to know if this is correct;
I use VFE so I've kept all the settings on, but on top of those I also have Large Faction Bases.
Since I only want LFB bases (Vanilla ones are boring when heavy-modded guns and armors are taken into perspective and/or RimWar and Empire)
But my main question is - Other mods add things in the sliders for Map Type:
For example "EmptySpaceMap" "ShipEngineImpactSite" "Moon/Tribal/InsectPillarSite" and "MoonMap" - Do these matter at all, or do I have to keep a slider with Vanilla and chance on it for it to work? (Since I have two 0 change sliders and then a 10 change Lager Faction bases Map type chance slider)
