Hi..just want to thank you for this. I have dynamic volume enabled and the ambient sounds were always scaling up to be unbearable when music was soft and in general I simply do not like to always here that ambient galaxy sound. So great job and thanks!

Only the Galaxy is muted. The solar systems still have some noise, but it is not that bad. Also, you are spending most of your Stellaris time on the Galaxy map anyways. Otherwise I would have included the solar systems.
Does this resolve your issue?
Because it works for me. Did you actually enable the mod? Did you load up the correct playset?
I fired up the game with the mod installed and was immediately greeted with the same old droning annoyingness that does not go well with tinnitus.
But wtf it does not work now? I need to fix that immediately!
