The issue is that even though I downloaded it when I go to addons folder, either I just can't find it or it's not there at all, so I can't drag it to workshop.

The modern 3D model of Ao Oni could be more than just texture changes and stuff. Like you could change the model to be more accurate to the original 2D design by making the head less normal shaped and making him less fat near the bottom and making his mouth a bit more visible and make his nose droop down a bit more.
