Thanks, I was a bit confused when I did read the message first. This mission is much older than the Western Sahara DLC after all. Looks like Aegis mod has added the DLC to its requirements.
Added to requirement list!

Ok, then I'm out of ideas. Since the mission is working on my side, but not on yours on the same conditions, I'll advise you to verify your game files. Since I can't reproduce the error under the same condidions you said, there isn't anything I can fix, I'm out of ideas.

I can not reproduce your problem, sorry. In my tests the mission is functional. What addons are you using and maybe you could make a video?

same problem : " you cannot play/edit this mission ... etc" message when dying and I have to restart the mission. It seems that the addons are not compatible.

Contact is not required. :captainsmooth:
I just tested the mission with contact uninstalled and only the required mods loaded. Ordered my squad to shoot me in the starting area and my figure died. Normal game over screen, I was able to team switch to my next unit in the squad.
So the mission works normal on my end.

Looks good but there is a problem with the addons so that when you die the game IA aborts the play...
