We've had a lot of good races and discussions post race about this track. Would it be possible to have a lollipop man or some other indicator, like the 'pit closed' sign at the end of the pits for the start of race in the event someone starts from pit lane instead of the grid - and it disappears when they are permitted to leave?

Does anyone know if there are pace notes for this Targa.
The only ones I could find are from 2013 rFactor 1.

There's a critical issue about 11 minutes into sector 3 (when driving in a slower 60's car). A piece of the road mesh is missing and causes massive damage when driven over.

Can you have an online multiclass race with ca. 24 drivers on this track, or is it just for hot lapping?

hi, already a big thank you for this magnificent circuit, on the other hand the latest version I am at 55fps and it jerks a lot since the last update, it's been a long time I have to write this message, I manage to no longer have jerks by deactivating the multivew , but I wanted to know if there was another technique pls?

I levelled up from a two-track-Driver (Nordschleife + Isle of Men) to a three-Track-Driver because of your amazing Mod!! With the Ariel Atom and the Alfa Romeo 155 by Simdrivers i have the most fun on this Track. I rode it nearly 10 times now (4x finish) and i'm getting more and more familiar with it.

Ok, the author can't answer through Steam and did it through the S397 forum. Here's the explanation:

"The vehicle (Atom V8) you were driving is using a none-default camera LOD-multiplier value of 2.0 (any value greater than 1.0 is none-default for cockpit view), which this value gets multiplied with each objects' LOD (level of detail) distance value, and resulted in wrong rendering range (revealing more distanced objects than they should)."
So it's a problem caused by the camera of the car.

I see a problem exiting the first village that we encounter on the road. There is a stripe of trees floating in the sky. Looks like some missing texture. My settings have track details on High and texture on Full.

So far the track is very well done, but there is lot of low res side details that should be upgraded: the cardboard 2D people and some of the cars, like the Carabinieri's car.
Also, I'd remove the flowers outside the villages. In the real road there are few bushes and small size trees with flowers on them, mostly white; but for the most part the tree or the bushes are full of leaves an with few flowers. And the plants can be found especially exiting the first village. Now instead we have big flowers bouquet, like the flowers of a funeral.
I'm not complaining, I know it takes a lot of work to adjust things.

excuse me . . . I've heard that it was impossible to do this track in a modern sim . . . now look what you've done . . . my wife wants to "drive" this track. (Do we even have a Lexus mod ??)

Great track! Does anybody have "shaking" like at Isle of Man track? I can't play it with it but there could be some easy fix, it's strange "shaking" and sometimes it's missing for a short time.
