Thank you for pointing this out. However, you and I are both victims. We, the players, are not at fault. The Logic or Skill system of the original CPU is malfunctioning.
I don't know the cause either.

The animation's glitched. The opponent gets right up after it hits every time. Looks like the old 100/101 thing.
