Oof nvm, he was never updated since when he was released, hopefully someone does a balanced version of him. :(

i LOVE this dude, but he seems to be broken lol, like someone else said, he's a heavyweight with a great recovery and his mobility is pretty damn good too, he needs some nerfs to be balanced probably, I only tested him a bit in training mode tho so take it with a grain of salt, but judging by some of the other comments, my first impressions seem to be spot on.

the imbalance of this is disgusting online they spam you the same attacks and they do not let you recover in any way

he did this 3 times and i lost the match fairly easily

Great character though a few things I'd like to mention. First off giving a heavy weight a good recovery makes it really hard to kill it. Maybe make the fuel drain a bit faster so the recovery can't be used as often.

Also the rocket barrage has a really weird hitbox. The rockets seem to hit enemies above them even if they don't touch the rockets at all which I find strange.

LOVE this character! A suggestion though, he's air speed when using his recovery seems to crash the game maybe? Any chance you could slow it down, or look into it?

i always liked you pokemon mods but holy SHIT this guy is INSANE i love how just absolutly nutty he is so fun yet i dont feel like im someone who can break him wide open simply incredible work

This character is great! I have a few issues with how some of his moves work.Like when you use the missle barrage you shouldn't be able to turn so it actually makes the move a bit more punishable or that when you self destruct you should take way more damage then 15 because he's blowing himself up but yet again it doesn't kill him so I can't really use that as a reason. But one thing about the in game sprite is that he looks a bit odd because he doesn't look like he has the crest on his forehead like he does on his character select sprite (I know the crest is there but it doesn't stick out) Not saying you should change it because it's a very minor detail. But there are some nerfs that should happen but another thing to nerf him is that when you self desruct there's a small chance you can die by using it to prevent people from spaming neutral special that's one very welcome addition from my part and I think it should happen. But overall great job! Just needs a few nerfs.

also i found a bug: i was on a custom stage playing against a bot using a custom character, and i tried to airdodge then up b to the stage to recover, and i got frozen in the last frame of airdodge. eventually the bot hit me and i could move again.

this is really good, but some of the weapons are overpowered, namely the rocket barrage. It does massive damage, comes out quick, launches far, and sometimes a rocket spawns with a trajectory that makes it linger in front of Goliath for a while.

Too broken, up B needs some massive time nerfs, Down Strong needs to travel less, everything with specials needs a nerf for damage, length and distance. Pretty good character though!
